Pelvic Floor Rehab

Pelvic Floor Rehab

Call Our Office – 336-414-2050. You’ll speak with our knowledgeable staff to answer questions and get things started.

Initial Evaluation – We’ll work together to find the problem. We’ll talk about your medical history and your symptoms. And check out how you move, and the coordination, strength, stability, and flexibility of your core, pelvis, and pelvic floor. (It’s generally a whole body assessment) Then we’ll talk about your options, and make a plan to correct it.

Treatment Plan – Meet with the therapist for 1-on-1 coaching and guidance to safely improve your symptoms. Common treatments plans include one visit per week, but individual plans will vary depending on your needs. Treatment visits can be by Video (Telehealth) or In-person. You should have an Evaluation visit first, before scheduling any treatments.

Find Relief – Most patients report improvement within a few sessions. Recovery times can vary depending on the condition. Many report full recovery within 8-10 weeks.
